The Opportunity Calculator team was formed when workforce partners in Dane County, Wisconsin joined forces to answer the Alliance for the American Dream challenge calling for technological innovations to increase the net income of 10,000 people. On September 10, 2020, we pitched to Eric Schmidt, former CEO of Google and founder of Schmidt Futures, and won a $500,000 prize to build the Opportunity Calculator.
